Hi! I’m Mariel.

I was born and raised in Alpharetta and have lived in Cumming the past 12 years with my husband and three kids. I have 10 year old twin boys and a 5 year old little boy who all learned to swim through TRUGrit over the years.

Swim safety is so important to me and I’m excited to be able to play a small part in helping kids build confidence in learning how to swim. I can attest to the great work Alecia and her instructors do, by the end of the second week of lessons my (at the time) four year old was jumping in the deep end and swimming to the wall! There is no better feeling then watching your child overcome their fears and start to swim safely and confidently in the water!
